Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
• Update and uphold office policies and procedures.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for clients.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Coordinate office activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities.
• Track office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Prepare financial documents for the accountant and manage billing.
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies.
• Organize office procedures and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Address employee queries related to office management.
• Liaise with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security).
• Support officials/dignitaries at the airport for a smooth experience.
• Handle property expenses (taxes, insurance, maintenance).
• Inspect properties, resolve complaints, and manage repairs.
• Oversee store product management.

Qualification

• Must have a Degree in any field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
