Equatorial Business Group (EBG) is a Private Limited Company established in April 1993, operating under the Commercial Laws of Ethiopia. Initially focused on importing and distributing electrical and electronic goods and services, EBG has expanded into four strategically significant businesses for national development.
With a paid-up capital of Birr 60 million and undistributed profit of over Birr 71 million, the company’s total equity stands at about Birr 131 million. EBG owns office buildings, stores, maintenance workshops, and display rooms, occupying a land area of approximately 17,000 M2.
To effectively serve the Ethiopian market, EBG has established Branches and Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Supplies Distribution Centers in Hwassa, Bahir Dar, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Adama.
Employing over 350 professionals, semi-professionals, and support staff, EBG prioritizes customer-focused sales and after-sales services. The company is conveniently located around 10kms south of the center of Addis Ababa on Debre Zeit road, ensuring easy accessibility. Currently, EBG is engaged in various businesses with a robust supply of spare parts and reliable after-sales support.
