Role Purpose
Admin intern will provide support to the administration team and play his/her part for the effective & smooth implementation of day to day tasks of the department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Filling different records
- Responsible to enter data and organize on the specified classification scheme
- Follow-up and support routine activities of Administration
- Cross check payment and other related documents
- Digitize different records
- Draft different letters and manage supporting documents.
- Enter different admin related records to the application software
- Organize procurement related records based on the guidance administration team.
- Support other related administration activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT and other related discipline
- Demonstrates Computer knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A good command of written and spoken communication skill
- The ability to introduce new way of doing things
- Commitment to Save the Children values
