Metropolitan Real Estate PLC is a real estate company based in Ethiopia. It is engaged in various real estate activities, including property development, sales, and management. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates buyer-client agreements for apartment sales.
- Acts as intermediary between Client and Buyer.
- Proposes post-agreement contract for full information.
- Acknowledge no rights to customer ownership.
- Duty to meet performance targets or risk contract loss.
- Sales Rep acknowledges Client’s goodwill ownership.
- Perform assigned tasks professionally for the Client.
- Strive to meet sales goals and engage in daily selling activities for apartment units.
- Maintain a positive image and reputation for the Client and its apartments, avoiding any actions that could reflect negatively on them.
- Efforts to find apartment buyers, promote sales diligently, and share customer info with the Client.
- Recognize and meet client needs.
- Follow up on customer orders when needed.
- Anticipate and address client requirements.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Real Estate experience is preferable.
- Proven sales success.
- Strong English and computer skills.

- Excellent customer care, problem-solving, and positive experience.

- Strong communication skills.
- Sales plan creation and implementation.
